For Massage and Yoga Sessions:

  • Your name. If you are booking for someone else, let me know your name and their name.

  • Address (if you're opting for an in-home session)

  • A range of preferred dates and times.

  • How long of a session do you want? I offer 25, 50, and 75 minutes. If you want yoga instruction and not a massage, please tell me.

  • Are you in New Orleans, LA, or Pensacola, FL? Let me know! I practice out of both locations.

  • If you text me without this information, it is likely I will not respond. It’s not personal, I am only one person and I must be efficient with my time.

Take note: I cannot respond to texts from non-US numbers. If you do not have a US-based phone number, please use email.

Appointments require booking at least 24 hours in advance. No same-day sessions.

Intake and Confirmation: After nailing down our date and time, I'll shoot you a link to a confidential intake form. A credit card must be provided there (even if you've prepaid or intend to pay with cash or an e-pay app). Don't worry, it's just a $1 temporary hold—non-negotiable but painless. Once you've filled out the form, you're booked! Confirmation texts and emails will be on their way. You will also get a text with directions to my studio. Please respond when you receive it.

Goals Matter: Do you have goals for our session? Great! Let me know—whether it's easing acute pain, managing chronic pain, releasing emotions, combating touch starvation, or something unique to you.

Please note: I do not do deep tissue. Chances are, you don’t need it! I believe proper technique can get the job done. Applying heavier pressure can leave you feeling worse than you felt before the massage session.

My massage style is heavily inspired by Lomi Lomi and Swedish traditions. My massage techniques and yoga style are flow-focused.
